The contest starts on October 1, 2009 and ends on January 3, 2010 (the "Contest Period"). Winner will be selected randomly from all entrants and notified by February 1, 2010. Only one online entry and one text entry per person, multiple entries will be ignored.
Prize is from the Sahara Hotel Casino and includes a 5 day / 4 night package at the Sahara Hotel with round trip air transportation on Hawaiian Airlines. Some fare restrictions apply including blackout dates and lowest fare available apply. Trip must be taken within one year of award.

Air transportation is from HNL to LAS only, neighbor island winners must pay and arrange for thier own travel to Honolulu.

Winner Notification and Acceptance, winner must present a valid driver's license or state ID and social security card before any prizes will be awarded. The Winner must also complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) on a form prepared by Sponsor. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within five (5) days of winning, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules will result in a winner's disqualification and the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions will be allowed. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners must complete and return an IRS 1099 form. Prizes that are forfeited or not claimed by winners for any reason in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Sponsor. Except where prohibited, participation in this Contest constitutes each contestant's consent to the publication of his or her name, voice, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.
